Fenerbahçe's on-loan striker Emenike on fire

Fenerbahçe's on-loan star striker Emmanuel Emenike's performance at UAE club Al Ain looks to be rehabilitating his reputation with his parent club after a traumatic ending to his spell in Turkey. Emenike, who was exposed to abuse from the Fenerbahçe fans due to poor performances and ill-tempered behavior, is scoring goals like his olden and golden days. The Nigerian has found the net nine times in 14 matches and has carried his club to the top of the table. Under the circumstances, Fenerbahçe are planning to demand at least 15 million euros for their star striker. The other option is that Fenerbahçe will take Emenike back at the end of the season considering the Yellow Canaries are limited to only two strikers, Robin van Persie and Jose Fernandao. Fenerbahçe loaned Emenike for 2.5 million euros to Al Ain. Elsewhere, fellow on-loan striker Moussa Sow is also doing well in the UAE with Al Ahly. He has scored three goals in his last four matches.
