VAR changes 29 decisions in Turkish Super League

The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system has revised 29 decisions in the first eight weeks of Turkish football league. In Turkey's Spor Toto Super League, 11 goals were denied and eight direct red cards were given using the VAR system.

On Sunday, when the VAR system broke down for a couple of minutes during the Fenerbahçe-Medipol Başakşehir match, the referee disallowed Başakşehir's goal in a controversial offside decision.
