Side dishes offered with fast food and çiğ köfte (the Turkish version of steak tartar) ranked third on the list. Banknotes, handrails in shared spaces, restaurant and cafe menus, water dispensers in shared spaces, hookah tubes, ice machines that are not regularly controlled and towels and tools at beauty salons are the other dirtiest items, the council reported.
