Organized parties and festivals are pushing the limits of fun, but the annual Blonde Festival in Riga, Latvia, which will start on July 10, is considered one of the most popular festivals in the world by some. In Latvia, the vast majority of the people are blonde and this festival aims to monetize their traditional feature. The income of the festival will be used to help Latvia's impoverished. Last year's Blonde Festival's income was donated for the construction of an amusement park for disabled children.The most striking part of the festival is that only blonde women can join the festival and the income will be donated to social responsibility projects. The festival is organized by the Latvian Association of Blondes and it does not matter if the participants are naturally blonde or have dyed blonde hair, but everyone has to be blonde and wear pink clothes. Blondes from all around the world are arriving at the festival and the funniest part of the festival is its contests. The contests are to choose the blonde who looks the most like Marilyn Monroe as well as the blonde who has the most beautiful dog. After concerts, participants have fun until the sun rises with music on the beach.
