After many cold and gloomy April days, spring has finally arrived in Istanbul.

As the weather slowly warms, Mother Nature's ambassadors have begun to show their faces around Istanbul.

The duck flock that annually returns to the Bosporus waters always attracts the attention of Istanbulites. Leaving the Bosporus shores every winter and returning in the spring, the ducks have finally made their way back to the city on Wednesday.

Upon arrival, Istanbulites pulled out their cameras to take pictures of the ducks as they swam through the calm waters.
