Bailey Sellers' 21st birthday was more than special for her as she received a final bouquet of flowers and a card to her Tennessee home from her father who died from cancer when she was 16.

Michael William Sellers had arranged for his daughter to receive flowers on her birthday every year up until she turned 21 before he died in 2012 at age 56, just to let her know he was thinking of her and loved her.

She's been receiving them with a note for the past five years, but this time the note was reading "This is my last love letter to you until we meet again. I will still be with you with every milestone, just look around and there I will be."

Her 21st birthday marks the last time Bailey received a card and bouquet of flowers from her father.

Bailey posted pictures of the note, flowers and an old photo from when she was a child on her Twitter page.

Her father's gesture, combined with his message on the card, touched people from all over the world.
