Israeli forces detain Palestenian female MP

A Palestinian female lawmaker has been detained by Israeli forces in the West Bank city of Ramallah early on Thursday.Scores of Israeli forces raided the house of Khalida Jarrar, a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and detained her, her daughter Yafa said."At least 60 Israeli soldiers raided the house at 3a.m. and arrested my mother," Yafa told The Anadolu Agency."They searched the entire house for more than 30 minutes and confiscated her laptop and mobile," she added. No information is available yet about Jarrar's whereabouts."We do not know her location yet," the daughter said.In August, an Israeli court issued a decision to expel Jarrar from Ramallah to the West Bank city of Jericho on grounds of posing a threat to public security.Jarrar has accused Israel of waging war on the Palestinian people and killing innocent civilians in the blockaded Gaza Strip.More than 2,160 Palestinians, mostly civilians, were killed and nearly 11,000 others injured in a 51-day Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip last summer.
