14th division of the Turkish Council of State ruled on Thursday that the Presidential Palace was not constructed on protected land.According to the local sources, the 14th division of the Council of State adopted a motion for stay of execution for the local court's ruling against the appeal on 22 May 2014 for the lift of state of protected land of the palace's area.The high court stated that the aforementioned area does not have qualities of a historically or archeologically protected land.According to the sources, the 14th division of the Council of State concluded related the cases and completely reversed the judgments of annulment previously ruled by the local court.With the decision, it was emphasized that the Presidential Palace and its service buildings are not situated on protected land.
