The suicide bomber who carried out a deadly attack on a military vehicle carrying personnel in Turkey's capital has been identified as Saleh Nejar (24) from Syria, security sources said on Thursday. The Syrian national is thought to have entered Turkey with refugees, and the attack was carried out with a car which had been rented in southern İzmir province but was stolen by the terrorist.His fingerprints had been taken when he entered the country, which was how police identified him, Yeni Şafak said.Security sources have reportedly said that Initial findings suggest Ankara bomber linked with PKK & PYD terror groups.While Ankara lists the PYD and YPG as terrorist organizations alongside the PKK, the U.S., despite acknowledging the PKK as a terrorist organization, has said that they do not consider the other two groups to be terrorists, souring relations between the U.S. and Turkey.Although not naming the terrorist organization directly, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan implied that the PKK may be behind the attack through a written statement on Wednesday.
