The third stage of the project, whose first two stages were sold in a short span of time, is currently on sale. The turn-key ceremony for the first phase of the project is scheduled for November 2016.Dekar Asmalı Hayat is the new project of Dekar Yapı, a leading construction firm that for garden homes, has accelerated change in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul. Built on 78,000 square meters of land, the project features seven different home styles, including 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1, as well as commercial units. The prices per square meter of the homes with gardens - designed as either single-story or duplex between 149 and 361 square meters - begins at TL 3,900. The sales for the third and last stage recently began, and the project is attracting families and investors. The homes will be delivered to their owners in stages: the first stage is scheduled to be delivered to owners in November 2016, the second stage is planned to be delivered in May 2017 and the third stage will be delivered in November 2017. The project features a swimming pool, fitness center, cafe, tennis court, basketball court and playgrounds.
