Domestic real estate firms to unveil projects at Dubai fair


A total of 13 Turkish real estate and architecture firms are set to unveil a number of projects at the Cityscape Global 2017, one of the world's leading real estate fairs, that kicks off in Dubai today and closes on 13 September.

Turkish firms at the event will have the opportunity to introduce, promote and sell their projects. Meanwhile they will also compete against some of the world's leading contractors for a design award. Some of the most renowned names in Turkey's real estate sector including Artaş İnşaat, Tahincioğlu, Emay İnşaat, EMS Yapı and Garanti Koza Holding will showcase their projects at the fair that welcomes 272 real estate firms from 86 countries.

In the meantime, members of Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), a developer under the Housing Development Administration of Turkey, have secured the broadest participation at the event.

Five real estate projects from Turkey will be competing for the Architectural Design Award, which will be granted in 11 different categories, on the first day of the event.

Turkish firms will be competing in different categories of the award with projects at various locations, including Istanbul, Bodrum, Antalya, and Afyon. The works include commercial, cultural, tourism-based medium to high-value real estate projects as well as retail, commercial complex-based low to medium scale projects.
