New daytime smartphone designed for children

Japanese cellphone producer Tone Mobile has introduce its new smartphone that only works during daytime.

According to Kyodo News, the new phone, Tone m17, aims to reduce the amount of time that school children spend on their phones. The phone aims to help parents to communicate with their children while they are out, but reduce the negative effects of having a smartphone.
