Al-Nusra leader reportedly killed in Aleppo


The leader of al-Qaeda-linked terrorist organization, the al-Nusra Front was killed during fighting in the Syrian city of Aleppo, the group reportedly confirmed on Saturday. According to multiple reports, the group's leader Abu Suleiman al-Masri was killed during a fight near the Tal-al-Karsani village outside of Aleppo. Russia's Sputnik reported that the leader was killed by the Syrian army. However some reports suggested that al-Masri was killed by Kurdish forces.The sources said that two other senior members of the terrorist group were also killed in the fighting as images of al-Masri's body, with a bloody head wound, have been posted online.
