U.S.-led coalition warplanes targeted Red Crescent's headquarters in Syria's Idlib, President of Turkish Red Crescent Kerem Kınık said on Wednesday.Kınık condemned the "hideous" attack, saying that it constitutes war crimes and violation of international humanitarian law.
