The hotel, owned by the Reisler Group, will open in August 2012. The hotel, which will consist of 210 rooms, will offer rooms at prices starting from 200 Euros. The hotel will also contain 14 conference halls, two ball rooms accommodating 300 and 600 people as well as a spa and fitness center and an enclosed swimming pool as well as a pool on the terrace. Wyndham Hotel Group Senior Vice-Chairman and EMEA Administrative Director Michael Poynter explained that Turkey plays an important role in the hotel group's portfolio and development in Europe. "The opportunities offered in Istanbul are what drew us to open a second Wyndham Hotel."
