Turkey to Decide on Helicopter Purchase
The final decision on purchase of Skorsky and Agusta helicopters that will be used in nine units of the Turkish Armed Forces will be made during a meeting of Turkey’s defense industry executive committee.
ANKARA (Cihan) - Turkey's Defense Industry Executive Committee convened for a meeting on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.Chief of Staff Gen. Isik Kosaner, Defense Minister Vecid Gonul as well as military and government officials attend the meeting, during which the $4 billion-project will be discussed.
