Turkey captures five ISIS members within a week


The General Staff announced on Thursday that it had captured five members of Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) within a week in Turkey's southeastern province of Gaziantep.The Turkish Armed Forces said on Wednesday that one ISIS member had been captured in Gaziantep's Oğuzeli district, the same place where the other four members of the terrorist group were apprehended by security forces on Monday during a road inspection. Turkey has been stepping up measures to prevent the flow of fighters to Syria and Iraq. According to the interior ministry 10,000 people from 91 countries have been banned from entering Turkey on the grounds of having links to ISIS and 1,085 people from 74 countries were deported for similar reasons.
