Orhan Şimşek, an actor famous for his roles in several Turkish TV series, surrendered to police after killing his father by slitting his throat in the southeastern city of Adıyaman on Friday.Şimşek, whose last role was in "Küçük Gelin" (Young Bride), was reportedly suffering from bipolar disorder and had gone missing for days in January before he was found in Yalova.
