The death toll in bomb attack increased to three in bomb attack to Peoples' Democratic Party's (HDP) Diyarbakır rally as 17 year-old Civan Arslan, who was heavily wounded in the attack, died on Monday.Arslan was being treated in eastern province of Diyarbakır's Dicle University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.34 year-old Şeyhmuz Kaçen and 47 year-old Necati Kurul were two other victims of the attack that wounded 100 others. 16 year-old Ramazan Yıldız had also passed away as he fell from a tree during the rally.
