12 ISIS members captured in southeastern Turkey


Turkey captured 12 members of the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) in Elbeyli district of southeastern Kilis province, Turkish General Staff (TSK) said on Saturday.According to a statement released on the official website of the TSK, 12 ISIS members, including five children were captured on 26 June, but did not give any further details about the incident.Thousands of foreign fighters from all over the world are believed to have joined terrorist organizations, including ISIS, in Syria and Iraq. Turkey shares an 800 kilometer-long border with Syria.
