Turkish fighter jets conduct air strikes against ISIS targets in northern Syria

Two Turkish F-16 fighter jets conducted air strikes on Saturday against ISIS targets in Harcele village in northern Syria. As part of the US-led coalition air strikes against ISIS, the fighter jets bombarded the ISIS positions early Saturday. A group of 600 Turkmen fighters entered the village and seized it from the ISIS terrorists with the help of air strikes, leading to street clashes at times.The village, close to the Turkish border in northern Syria, was captured by ISIS in August 2015. Turkey has been part of the US-led coalition air strikes against ISIS since the August 28, 2015.
