DS Centre for Policy Studies set to launch first Journalism Academy

From April 10 to April 15, the Daily Sabah Centre for Policy Studies will hold its first Journalism Academy, an event that will take place in Istanbul, Ankara and Gaziantep. This event will bring journalists from around the world to Turkey, offering their unique perspectives on regional and global issues while engaging with some of the most prominent figures in Turkish journalism and academia.

The academy's weeklong program provides an international platform for journalists to discuss, debate and analyze some of today's biggest regional and global challenges. The program will also include three-day workshops, a day trip to the largest refugee camp in Gaziantep, visits to the Presidential Palace and Parliament in Ankara as well as tours to major Turkish media centers and institutions.

The DS Centre for Policy Studies is looking for seasoned journalists who focus on the Middle East and North Africa. The event will deal primarily with regional affairs regarding security, politics and journalism. It will be a great opportunity for journalists who specialize in the region. Applications will be open until March 4. More information about the event and online registration is available at the DS Centre website at www.dailysabahcentre.com

The DS Centre for Policy Studies is the think tank extension of Daily Sabah and has been organizing conferences and events worldwide since it was established in 2015.
