A Syrian teenager, who was wounded by Daesh rocket fire in Turkey's southern border province of Kilis last week, has died at the hospital, according to hospital sources.

The 15-year-old Mohammed Idisa had been receiving medical treatment at Kilis State Hospital, the source said on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media.

Last Friday's attack saw two rockets fired from Syrian territory controlled by Daesh terrorists, initially killing two people and injuring four others, among them Idisa.

On Saturday, Mahmut Emre Aslan, 14, also succumbed to his injuries.

Kilis, which lies six kilometers (four miles) from the Syrian border, has been hit by several rockets fired from Syria since mid-January. On April 18, four rockets fired from across the border killed five people and injured six in the province.

To date, a total of 18 people including 10 Turkish nationals were killed and 60 others wounded in the attacks.
