The Health Ministry has made it mandatory for medication labels to also be written in Braille for the visually impaired.

Under the new regulation, people with vision impairment will also have access to audio prescriptions.

This practice has already begun in some cities, where the blind and visually impaired can obtain medicines with audio instruction on how to take them.
