Istanbul police arrested a suspect on Friday who is reportedly the PKK terror organization's Istanbul responsible, in a joint operation with intelligence units.

The responsible, S.K., was arrested by the Istanbul Counterterrorism Unit in a combined operation launched on the terrorist cell hideout in the Istanbul neighborhood of Gazi.

According to information received by Turkish broadcaster A Haber, the responsible directed attacks in Istanbul to lower members of the group during the last two years in accordance with commands from the group's headquarters in the Qandil Mountains.

The suspect will be face trial after the process of interrogation is completed at police headquarters.
