Turkish military kills at least 7 Daesh terrorists in Syria


Turkish military on Sunday killed at least seven Daesh terrorists in joint operations with the coalition in Syria.

According to security sources, the military targeted Daesh terrorists who were reportedly planning to fire rockets on Turkey.

A fortified area belonging to the terrorists has also been destroyed in the operation.

Turkish towns and provinces have been repeatedly struck by fire from across the frontier since mid-January.

In Kilis province alone, 20 people have been killed and almost 70 others wounded by rockets which have fallen inside Turkish territory since January, according to the regional governor.
