A Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul to Montreal diverted to Prague, Czechia due to a medical emergency on Friday.

Flight no TK 35 was over Nurnberg, Germany, when the crew decided to divert to Prague.

The Boeing 777 widebody aircraft then safely landed at the Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague.

Türkiye’s national flag carrier operates direct flights to Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary.
