Microsoft at its recent demo day brought together entrepreneurs supporting corporations and individuals in digital transformation projects

Through the use of complex concepts like artificial intelligence and big data, entrepreneurs are building technology infrastructure that will always make digital customers feel good.

Even giant internet stores are integrating proper technology that match the quality of customer satisfaction that a small shopkeeper achieves with its customers. No matter whether the customer sends its requests through e-mail, messenger or online chat, these enterprises offer an infrastructure that will respond to all necessities.

At the recent Microsoft's demo day, 15 different enterprises using Microsoft's cloud solution Azure or similar technologies were on stage and got the chance to introduce their projects.

Technology as a language

Entrepreneurs are using artificial intelligence technology that translates spoken language or messages in chat applications into meaningful responses. Some entrepreneurs also offer big data technology, enabling meaningful queries from millions of data, to be put to use by organizations. Even when these are not enough, the search technology that enables you to search from the picture makes it easier to understand the language of the digital customer. Previously, while only the information technology departments of institutions used to do it, entrepreneurs now bring in new capabilities that will make institutions more agile.

Bunsar

Sometimes it takes minutes to find a product on the internet. However, people do not want to spend long hours while finding items on websites. If you do not have any brand or model information related to the product then a single photo search can solve your problem. Bunsar makes digital customers' life easier with photo search, thus enabling customers to reach the product they are looking for without wasting time. The process is shortened especially in clothing or food products. (www.bunsar.com)

UrbanStat

It is very important to take measurable risks in real estate and insurance projects. The UrbanStat platform plans to reduce the costs of large institutions in the insurance, real estate and spatial analytics sectors. Insurance or telecom operators have to invest in technology in order to capture the right target group in the giant customer database and to keep the customer they have acquired. UrbanStat help institutions that want to minimize risks to create solutions by using location information. (www.urbanstat.com)

Peopolise

You can sustain a successful corporate culture by hiring the right employees. In today's business world, human resources departments have to create solutions that will solve the problems of people in the digital world. Peoplise offers solutions to its customers on four different platforms by taking video calls together with examinations and preliminary interviews given to candidates before recruitment. It offers it to organizations that have to carry out the recruitment process quickly with minimum mistakes. Peopolise accelerates this process with video analytics capabilities. (www.peoplise.com)

Smarter home utensils

A myriad of opportunities came up with the expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT) for entrepreneurs. Gartner, Inc. forecasts that connected "things" will reach 20.8 billion by 2020. After the automotive sector, home utensils like washing machines and fridges will get much smarter with better performance. Bosch has introduced IoT Rollouts. According to Bosch, IoT Rollouts is a domain independent back end solution for rolling out software updates to constrained edge devices as well as more powerful controllers and gateways connected to IP based networking infrastructure.

Yubi

Banks, telecom operators or retail companies with millions of customers cannot provide quality service for each customer through call centers. Sometimes the customer has to wait for several minutes for things that can be explained in one or two words. Yubi can provide a simple bank statement, a match score, flight ticket or seat selection service with a few simple messages. Yubi, the robot software that gives these capabilities, is quick to respond to the digital customer's messages. (www.yubithebot.com)
