Two sergeants and two civilians were kidnapped by a group of PKK terrorists in the southeastern province of Hakkari on Wednesday.
Setting up a roadblock near the village of Doğanlı on the Hakkari-Çukurca road, terrorists forced a civilian car to stop. Taking two specialist sergeants, the car's driver and a civilian hostage, the terrorist group then moved from the area.
Hakkari Governor Cüneyit Orhan Toprak confirmed the incident, adding that an operation has been launched to capture the terrorists and to safely release the persons kidnapped.
