Turkish Airlines (THY) has added high-speed wireless internet service as an additional service to compliment the airline’s live television broadcasts on vessels equipped with the Global Communication Suite System developed by Panasonic Avionics Corporation.
The service, which will initially be offered free of charge will allow passengers to access uninterrupted wireless service from their laptops, tablet computers, iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and other similar wireless access providing gadgets while also making Virtual Private Network (VPN) access possible.
