"In 2012, Visa brand cards accounted for 18 percent of all consumption expenditures in Turkey including cash transactions," stated Ülman.
Emphasizing the important role Visa Turkey plays within Visa Europe, Ülman stated, "In terms of numbers of cards issued, Turkey is second in Europe and in terms of total card transaction volume Turkey comes in third."
