DOHA – The QatariDiar Real Estate Investment Company is to open a regional office in Washington D.C. to pursue new investments throughout the western hemisphere. The office will be located in the City Center DC complex, which is currently nearing completion.
City Center DC is a 148,000 square meter urban redevelopment program in the heart of the U.S. capital's downtown district.
Qatari Diar is involved in 49 projects in 29 countries across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia..
The first phase of the City Center DC comprises six buildings containing 458 rental apartments and 216 condominiums, in addition to 48,000 square-meters of office space and 17,000 square-meters of retail space.
