Turkey's premier customer experience center, Turkcell Global Bilgi, won world acclaim for its innovative From End to End Interactive Voice Response System at a competition organized by ContactCenterWorld.com, which is one of the world's most prestigious organizations in the call center industry. Leading call center representatives from Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and the Americas competed to be the best in the word during a competition held in the U.S. on Nov. 5. The interactive voice response system that paved the way for Turkcell Global Bilgi's success is regarded as the latest breakthrough in the voice technology revolution. The system, the technological infrastructure of which was developed by the company's own technical teams, enables those who call the call center to speak directly to the system, instead of customer representatives, and make transactions in a fast and uninterrupted way without any dialing during the call.
