Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu went to Bosnia-Herzegovina Herzegovina on Wednesday for an official visit. He has met with the Presidential Council of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the head of the cabinet and the Bosnian Parliament People's Assembly and the Chairmanship Council of the House of Representatives.
His visit continues until Thursday with the aim of comprehensively addressing the bilateral relations between Turkey and Bosnia-Herzegovina. In this regard, officials from both countries will discuss additional ways to further enhance economic and trade relations while increasing opportunities for Turkish investors in Bosnia-Herzegovina. As President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is also expected to visit Sarajevo in the upcoming weeks, the anticipated preparations will also be discussed.
In addition, throughout the discussions between the two countries, Bosnia-Herzegovina's latest developments on the integration process with European and Euro-Atlantic institutions are expected to be addressed. It is also expected that Çavuşoğlu will discuss current issues relevant to the Balkans.
