The Energy and Natural Resources Ministry's General Directorate of Petroleum Affairs granted four petroleum exploration licenses to the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO), each of which lasts for five years.
Three of the licenses are to conduct exploration in Istanbul and Tekirdağ while one is for Diyarbakır.
