Emancipator, also known as Doug Appling, will take the stage at Babylon Bomonti on March 4 with his spine-tingling music. Since his debut album was released in 2006, the Portland, Oregon-based electronic producer has excited listeners from all around the world with his gripping melodies and addictive drum beats. After "Safe in the Steep Cliffs" was released in 2010, he launched his own company, Loci Records, and began releasing albums through his own label. Having released his new album "Seven Years" last September, Emancipator is regularly accompanied by a live violin played by Ilya Goldberg during his performances. For an unforgettable night with his tracks "Soon it Will be Cold Enough to Build Fires," "Greenland," "Lionheart" and more, Emancipator will again perform at Babylon Bomonti on March 4.
