Italian bread making secrets revealed at workshop

A meeting point for food lovers, Eataly offers up a delicious variety of fresh-baked bread to its culinary guests. Visitors can buy bread straight out of the oven or learn the Italian style of bread making in the "Italian Bread Workshop" amid the smell of Eataly's hot bread. For Mediterranean people, bread is a main component of their cuisine. Eataly Istanbul offers its guests a wide variety of bread specific to different regions in Italy, including its famous rustic Italian bread.

Otto, which means "eight" in Italian, can remain fresh for eight days, and the venue's baguettes, the Italian version of the French baguette, are two other popular options. However, the eatery offers even more, including olive bread, which is made from olives that originate from the Aegean region, as well as a variety of types that feature ham, grapes, figs and walnuts.
