It was followed by the addition of two more restaurants in Bayrampasa and Umraniye. He is the author of two books, "Restaurant Management - how to manage a restaurant," published in 2005 and "the relationship between the employer and the worker in restaurant management," published in 2010.
The two-story restaurant is immaculately and strategically planned, elegantly designed to serve as more than just a place to dine. With 5 private rooms each with a unique theme exclusively chosen to reinforce Turkish and Islamic history.
Rose room: The rose theme for the 24-capacity private function hall is inspired by the importance the Prophet Muhammad placed on this particular flower. The rose is symbolic in many cultures and religions representing love and beauty. Even though chinaware and cutlery are decorated with roses, the room still has a seriousness that is still conducive to formal receptions and business meetings.
Golden room: The golden room is affluent and rich in design. It has the capacity to host between 16 and 20 guests, depending on seating arrangements, and certainly it will make you feel royal dining in it. Everything about this room is grand and magnificent.
Iznik/ Cinili Room: Delicately decorated with the captivating art of ebru and çini, the Iznik room's aurora is graceful and alluring. The different shades of blue give the room a splendor that is unique. The room hosts up to 50 people that will undeniably notice the splendor of this room without hesitation.
Tulip Hall: The theme for this room is the tulip, the flower that the Ottoman Empire is most identified with. It is also the largest room in the restaurant with a capacity to host between 150 and 200 guests. This room has received extra attention, noticeable by the hand-painted tulips on its walls.
The natural light that enters the room highlights its glamour and brings the room to life.
Summer and winter room: Two separate venues for two opposing seasons are thoughtfully designed and decorated accordingly. The summer room receives the summer breeze and has a magical view of the grounds, while the winter room receives maximum natural light and has cozy décor.
The family orientated restaurant has a childcare center that is fully equipped with security cameras enabling parents to watch their children as they play.
There are also qualified carers who monitor them during special children's programs. For the more adventurous child, there is an entertaining play area which is visible from most dining rooms which should occupy the children for hours. There is also a little farm near the playground.

It is to ensure that its guests, who may choose to hold special events such as engagements, weddings or other ceremonies, or even business meetings, will receive royal treatment and enjoy their time without the distraction of buzzing Istanbul.
