Foreign investors' sales at Borsa Istanbul were $510 million in March. Since the beginning of 2015, sales by foreign investors have reached $838 million. According to Reuters' calculations, the BIST-100 index depreciated by 3.9 percent against the Turkish lira and by 7.2 percent against the dollar. Foreign investors' purchases in the primary and secondary national market, which lists the companies market, corporate products, the emerging companies market and the option platform, was $9.8 billion last month and sales were around $10.4 billion.
