Mersin is ready to host an important event Nov. 3-7. The local tastes of Tarsus, which are culturally rich, will be presented in "Tarsus Gastronomy." The event will promote the tastes of various cultures cultivated in Tarsus, the values of Tarsus cuisine, which have been disappearing, and the historical beauty of the city. Many delicious foods will be presented in a modern way, and many chefs from various foreign countries, expert writers and academicians from all around Turkey will attend.
Famous writer and gourmet Barbara Abdem Massad, modern kebab practitioner Edward Brunet Adiono and Turkish National Chef Team Captain Esat Özata will share their secrets about the cuisine with visitors.
