Myanmar quakes devastate region, Thailand hunts for missing

Search and rescue forces continue to carry out search and rescue operations in collaboration with relevant organizations to help those who are trapped due to the earthquake in Mandalay region, Myanmar on April 2, 2025. Gen. Min Aung Hlaing declared a continuation of military operations as the earthquake’s death toll rose to 2,719 with 400 people still missing and more than 4,000 injured.
