A speeding minibus lost control in Istanbul's Sariyer district on Friday after trying take a turn down a steep hill, causing it to go airborne before violently hitting a wall, injuring several passengers and killing at least one.

Pedestrians rushed to assist the injured before numerous ambulances were dispatched to the scene. Some of the passengers were trapped in the minibus as paramedics rushed to their aid.
