ISTANBUL — 1. Paddleboard This might sound unfamiliar to you but it is both enjoyable and healthy. Using a paddleboard strengthens your muscles, while improving concentration. Moreover, you work not only your abdomen but also your whole body. First, open your feet about hip-width distance and kneel on the board. Keep your shoulders down and your shoulder bones upright (imagine that someone punches your abdomen). Keep your upper arm steady and bend your elbow. Use the paddle in turn with your two arms. Pull the paddles with a moderate speed for one hour. You might even convince yourself that you have lost fat the next day.
2. Swimming Swimming offers both physical and psychological benefits since it increases blood circulation and improves strength. You will significantly lose weight and feel better. This cardioexercise strengthens your muscles and makes you look fit. Swim 25 minutes every three days. To warm up, swim freestyle and breaststroke, respectively. Then increase your speed and show your maximum effort. Spend 10 minutes in the water until the end of your exercise.
3. Beach Volleyball If you have ever played beach volleyball, you probably know that it is a difficult sport. Your leg muscles strengthen when you jump and come down on the beach. You may lose significant amount of calories and make your abdomen muscles more apparent. Research shows that exercises practiced on the beach requires power. Therefore, athletes prefer to workout on sand platforms rather than a grass pitch. Athletes also workout on sand platforms so they have less muscle and bone pains. You do not have to be a professional volleyball player, come together with your friends and enjoy beach volleyball. You will feel your heart rate is increasing as you stay eager to win.
4. Yoga There are numerous benefits of yoga. It reduces stress, tightens your muscles and makes you lose weight and stay motivated. You only need a yoga mat for practice. If you have time to attend a yoga studio, you will definitely see the change on your body. However, this fast pace may not be suitable for everyone. You need to do three basic moves on a regular basis. You may either do them before having a shower in the morning or after you come home in the evening. It only takes five minutes. You will have stronger muscles and likely a better posture. Here are three basic movements: Shoulder-supported bridge (Take 10 deep breaths) Half-moon Pose (Take 10 deep breaths and repeat on two sides) Downward-Facing Dog Pose (Take 10 deep breaths)
