An Indian couple has married in Antalya with a Bollywood-style wedding in the resort city of Antalya. Coming from two of India's most prominent families, bride Sonali Ahlawat and groom Sumeet Aggarwal had a four-day wedding at a luxurious hotel. Each day, wedding venues were embellished with unique decorations. Traditional attire was presented to the guests.
Twelve professional photographers were also there to make the day unforgettable for the couple. The wedding venue resembled a film set reminiscent of Bollywood movies. Guests also enjoyed an Ottoman-style night. Turkish and Indian chefs prepared traditional tastes for an open buffet menu. Almost 300 rooms were allocated for the guests. The wedding preparations took three months to prepare. Dubai-based designers came to examine the hotel three months prior to the event. A wedding program was designed and distributed to all guests, including Ram Bilas Sharma, India's tourism and economy minister. The luxury wedding cost 1million euros which were paid by the bride's family in accordance with Indian tradition.
