World-renowned summer camp offers educational summer fun for kids

Starting in the United States and established in 150 destinations worldwide, Engineering For Kids (EFK) aims to support the mental and cognitive development of young children with summer training opportunities for children in summer camps. They offer privileged outside of school training opportunities through their summer camps. From June 20 to Aug. 26, children can enjoy learning about chemistry, aerospace and aviation, as well as various branches of engineering like machinery and construction. Children will have a great time while inquiring "Why does that happen?" through experiments. EFK summer camp will be open to all children from ages 5 to 12, where they will be able to participate in ceramics, creative drama and a special program called STEAM, which is a combination of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education, with integrated arts classes.

From 2009 when it was established in in America, Engineering For Kids (EFK) has reach tens of thousands of children at 150 camps worldwide. For families who want their children to have a different holiday experience supporting their physical and social development while enabling a simultaneously fun and educational vacation, EFK offers a great summer camp program.

The EFK summer camp fosters socialization among children, teaching them while having fun, and will take place between June 20 and Aug. 26 over three different blocks to offer parents different time alternatives. Families will get a chance to register their children on June 20 to July 1 for a two week program, July 11 to July 29 for a three week program, and Aug. 1 to Aug. 26 for a four week program. There will be two different registrations: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Children will get to conduct one experiment each day, enjoy a meal and play science-related games and activities, all of which are included in the program package.

From chemistry to aerospace and aviation to engineering, children will have a great time exploring the question "Why does that happen?" with scientific experiments. Children between the ages of five and 12 are eligible to participate. Along with a fun-filled holiday, children will also get the opportunity to receive training while conducting different experiments centered around engineering.

In addition to a wide range of experiments such as straw rocket construction, bridge design, catapult production and chemistry experiments, children will also be able to receive art education in ceramics, creative drama and painting with the special STEAM program. Art training will be given on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
