EU Minister Ömer Çelik said on Friday that it is unethical to leave refugees open to death by putting up barbed wire on the borders.
Speaking at a joint press conference with Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni Silveri, Çelik highlighted that cooperation between Turkey and the European Union is necessary to tackle the refugee crisis.
