Culture and Tourism Minister Nabi Avcı and Foreign Affairs Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu opened the Turkish booth at the 51st International Tourism Stock Exchange (ITB) organized in Berlin.
Minister Avcı drew attention to Turkey's participation not only as a country-specific brand, but also the country's attendance at the city level, creating various destinations.
During the fair, open to visitors until March 12, Turkey will show that it is not only a country with a bright sun and sandy beaches, but also exceptionally rich in every area of tourism, from gastronomy to health, and from adventure to religious heritage, the minister highlighted.
The ITB Berlin is the world's largest tourism trade fair. The companies represented at the fair include hotels, tourist boards, tour operators, system providers, airlines and car rental companies.
