Turkey appoints new provincial governors

ANKARA — Turkey's national and official journal, Resmi Gazete, has revealed a list of newly appointed governors across several Turkish provinces.
While 19 governors were transferred to other provinces, 12 were appointed back to the central governor's office in Ankara.
Adana Governor Hüseyin Avni Coş was appointed to the Sakarya governor's office. Tunceli governor Hakan Yusuf Güner was appointed to Afyonkarahisar governor's office.

The governors from the following provinces were brought back to the central governor's office in Ankara: Burdur, Bartin, Batman, Edirne, Gümüşhane, Hakkari, Kars, Manisa, Mardin, Ordu, Rize and Siirt.
