ANKARA — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey has alerted Turkish citizens to the security risks of traveling to Ukraine's Donetsk and Lugansk districts, due to political unrest and instability.
The travel alert issued on may 31 by the official website of the ministry stated clashes between armed groups hinder usual means of transport and recommended the Turkish citizens to defer nonessential travel.
