'Sledgehammer defendants' right to fair trial violated'

Turkey's Constitutional Court ruled on Wednesday that rights of 230 defendants in 'Sledgehammer' [aka. Balyoz] coup case breached, citing violation of 'right to fair trial'.

Within the scope of the top court's decision, defendants will be retried, Turkish media reported.
